Chairman of Genesis Armenia’s Board of Trustees visits Great Partners CJSC in Artsakh

During his two-day visit to Artsakh, Samvel Vardanyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Genesis Armenia Think Tank and Foundation, met with Sergey Melkumyan, Director of Great Partners CJSC – the largest textile manufacturer in Artsakh. Samvel Vardanyan and Sergey Melkumyan discussed the issues facing the business world of post-war Artsakh, shared their experience and outlined the road map to restoring the country’s economy.

According to Samvel Vardanyan, who has achieved significant success in business in Armenia and Russia, the work discipline and professionalism at Great Partners should be exemplary for the Armenian business. “Genesis Armenia carries out its educational and business projects in Artsakh and Armenia guided by this very logic,” Samvel Vardanyan said.

Great Partners CJSC produces for international mid-range brands. The representatives of Genesis Armenia toured the garment factory, got acquainted with the specifics of the work and received the answers to their questions.

As we have already said, a sewing workshop will be set up by Genesis Armenia in Martuni in the near future. The hospitality shown to us by Great Partners was the best advisory support. The director of the company presented in detail the production cycle, from the procurement of sewing machines to the sales of the manufactured products.

Sergey Melkumyan also expressed willingness for the company’s skilled specialists to impart practical knowledge to the beneficiaries of the project that will be implemented in Martuni.
