Genesis Armenia congratulates everyone on May 1, International Workers\u2019 Day. This is not only a symbolic day of heritage, but also an opportunity to re-evaluate the fundamental values of decent work and social justice in the context of Armenia\u2019s state and societal development in the 21st century.<\/p>\n

For Genesis Armenia, the dignity of the employee is one of the key pillars of state stability. A national state cannot be viable if its working citizens are deprived of social protection, fair remuneration, and trust in the results of their labor.<\/p>\n

Today, as the global economy is being reshaped by technological revolutions, global competition, and regional crises, Armenia\u2019s priority is not only job creation, but also the quality of those jobs\u2014productivity, creativity, and an economic culture based on national values.<\/p>\n

From the first years following independence, extreme manifestations of wild capitalism emerged in Armenia\u2019s socio-economic reality. These were fueled by value distortions and led to sharp income polarization, devaluation of labor, dominance of consumerist thinking, and weakening of the national scientific and industrial potential. As a result, the issue of social justice became not only a moral concern, but also a matter of national security.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Within its socio-state-oriented ideology, Genesis Armenia considers that the market alone cannot ensure justice. The role of the state must be active and strategic, aimed at creating and protecting public good, forming national capital, and systematically safeguarding workers\u2019 interests.<\/p>\n

In this context, several key points are highlighted:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Priority of labor over capital: The economic system must be structured so that in the distribution of created value, the contribution of labor takes precedence over the profit of financial capital alone.<\/li>\n
  2. Restoration of social solidarity: Extreme inequality undermines social cohesion, reduces trust in the state, and weakens the foundations of national unity. Solidarity is not only a slogan but a key factor through which society can be rebuilt on mutual respect and national unity.<\/li>\n
  3. State or mixed control over strategic sectors: Energy, water, infrastructure, and vital production sectors cannot be fully subject to unpredictable market forces.<\/li>\n
  4. Guarantee of decent work: Wages must ensure not only physical survival but also social reproduction\u2014education, healthcare, and cultural life.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The foundation of social solidarity lies in justice and the protection of rights in labor relations. Armenia\u2019s future must be built not only through political decisions, but first and foremost through the daily efforts of working people.<\/p>\n

    We extend our respect to every worker who strengthens the state through their work and contributes to the realization of the national dream.<\/p>\n

    May this day become a new starting point on the path toward building a united Armenia.<\/p>\n
