These heroic battles were not merely military victories; they marked the rebirth of Armenian statehood after centuries of subjugation. Just three years after the Armenian Genocide, the Declaration of Independence of May 28, 1918, proved that we could rise again through courage, unity, and self-determination.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Today, we once again face new challenges. Regional instability, the preservation of Artsakh\u2019s legacy, and the defense of Armenian identity require national resilience. The lessons of Sardarapat, Bash-Aparan, and Gharakilisa remind us that independence is secured through strength, vigilance, and unity. A strong Armenia requires military preparedness, economic self-sufficiency, and a renewed commitment to national education, science, and cultural continuity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">May 28 is not only a day to commemorate the victories of the past, but also a call for national revival. The responsibility of preserving Armenian statehood now rests upon us \u2014 in the June 7 elections. The legacy of May 28 demands the participation of all of us in the elections, which today are the key to shaping Armenia\u2019s present and future.
